Prohibited
1.1 - Disclosure of Mu Online servers.
1.2 - Racist practices.
1.3 - Sending messages about sex, drugs, condoning crime or any illegal content.
1.4 - Use of hacker programs.
1.5 - Impersonation as a member of the administration team.
1.6 - Disrespect towards team members.
1.7 - Use of cheats or bugs will result in account blocking.
1.8 - Flood in server communication channels.
1.9 - Lack of respect for the team in official support areas.
1.20 The sale of items for any type of real currency within official channels is prohibited
It is not the Server's Responsibility
2.1 - The team will not request items from players.
2.2 - The team will not grant benefits to specific players.
2.3 - The server will not intervene in cases of theft of items or accounts.
2.4 - Losses arising from negotiations inside or outside the game.
2.5 - Personal conflicts between players.
2.6 - Scams between players who do not benefit from the protections offered by the server.
2.7 - The Server is not responsible for external or internal trade, made from players to players, the player's account is exclusively the player's responsibility.
Contributions
3.1 - All contributions must be made through digital platforms.
3.2 - Contributions will be converted into donations for server maintenance.
3.3 - Delays in contributions due to third-party platforms will require patience from the player.
3.4 - No donation, deposit, or purchase amount will be refunded under any circumstances.
3.5 - No damages will be compensated if the player uses dishonest methods to gain advantages on the site.
Recover Account Data
4.1 - Lost passwords or PIDs can be recovered using the "Forgot my password" tool.
4.2 - Lost data or records must be requested through a ticket.
4.3 - Account data recovery is only possible through a ticket.
Blocking / Ban
5.1 - Users who violate any of the rules will be sanctioned.
5.2 - Permanent bans for proven cheaters.
5.3 - All evidence will be evaluated by server administration.
5.4 - No items or contributions will be recovered after a ban.
5.5 - There will be no prior notice for bans; additional information can be obtained via ticket.
5.6 - Unsubstantiated evidence will be discarded.
5.7 - All evidence will be evaluated and judged by server administration through logs or videos, ensuring clarity and eliminating room for ambiguous interpretations.
5.8 - In cases where it is necessary to protect the integrity of the server, temporary suspensions may be applied, giving the player the opportunity to present counter-evidence and prove their innocence.
5.9 - The administrative team reserves the right to request additional information or materials to clarify the context of each complaint, recognizing that each case is unique and requires an individualized approach.
5.10 - Videos presented as evidence must be in high definition to ensure clarity and show the entire context of the situation unequivocally.
